Our experience right from the get go was an absolute pleasure with Vanessa. We never actually made it down to Claresholm to meet her, but we spent a fair share of time on the phone and via text message pleasure with Vanessa. She was a wealth of knowledge, and answered every question we had (and sometimes even at ridiculous times of the day/night!). She arranged to have our vehicle delivered, paperwork complete and in all honesty, it was the most relaxing, non stressful experience we have had buying a vehicle! For any future purchases, she will *hopefully* be our go to girl! More

I was traveling to college (From Calgary to Lethbridge) and my I can't begin to explain how professional and caring the people are at West Wind GM. I was traveling to college (From Calgary to Lethbridge) and my truck (Chevrolet s-10) broke down near Claresholm, Alberta. I took it to Westwind GM to get it serviced. After a small mix up in communication I was more then taking care of. They offered me rides to and from the dealership. Made sure my truck stayed inside the shop so my bed in the back would not be destroyed and even offered to drop it off for me. Thank you very much! More

Jason Anderson was very professional, caring and demonstrated the utmost concern for what I wanted in a vehicle. My biggest concern was reaching the gas pedal and being able to sit just right in a v demonstrated the utmost concern for what I wanted in a vehicle. My biggest concern was reaching the gas pedal and being able to sit just right in a vehicle because I am 5 " in height and we played with the set until we had it just right for me and then set the sit 1 position. Love that position 1. I appreciate the time Jason took to show me how to work all the new gadgets and special features, some I have forgotten but most of what I learned from Jason I remember every time I get in my car. We were looking for a vehicle to fit our large(ish) family. Orignally we wanted to go with a suburban or a yukon xl. We went to Westwinds to test drive a suburban they had on the lot. He was very friendly. He gave us some of the information we needed. He told us he was fairly new and would get any other information for us that he didn't know. Another employee came out and helped us get set up for a test drive. We realized that the suburban was not what we thought we wanted. We wanted an 8 passenger, but not a large vehicle. Jason was able to look around and that same afternoon he called me at home and told me about another vehicle that had what we were looking for. He said there was a similar one on the lot. We came in and drove it and decided we like it. Jason was really good at seeing what we liked and didn't like about a vehicle. When he called, he had all the information we needed about the chevrolet we were thinking about. When there was something he didn't know, he found out. We were impressed with how well all the employees worked together. Jason was very friendly and willing to learn. He called us after the sale to see how we liked it and to let us know if we had any questions or problems we could contact him. Our experience at Westwinds and with Jason was a very good one. We would definitly purchase from him again. More

Vanessa was amazing in helping with my search for a new vehicle! She was honest and reliable and up front about all vehicles I inquired about. I had previous experiences with this dealership where I was hit with unexpected fees, and the price over the previous vehicle was hiked over night- I had no issues like this with Vanessa and her business integrity has done nothing but impressed me. Vanessa was also wonderful in working around my schedule when it came to buying my new vehicle- she a) left a family wedding early to meet me at the dealership to take the vehicle for a test drive after her work hours, and had the documents ready for me to sign within 2 hours of telling me my financing had been approved. She has exceptional customer service skills and a mentality that you don't see very often with car salesman. Very impressed and I have already recommended her to two friends who are looking at new vehicles. More

Went looking for a used vehicle and Darrell showed me the price difference between a new one versus a used one. Decided what we wanted and Darrell made it happen.
