If I could give a zero star rating I would. I was stuck in Surrey and picked this dealership to deal with and it was the closest and really wish I didn’t. Service department was a joke wouldn’t I was stuck in Surrey and picked this dealership to deal with and it was the closest and really wish I didn’t. Service department was a joke wouldn’t listen to my concerns. Half xxx fixed the problem just to be back in the shop as soon as I was home less than 24 hours after being out of the shop and telling me the problem was fixed. Now being told it was the complete opposite to what they claimed was the issue. Refused to listen to me about having warranty and fighting me about it, to having to get my dealership to help out. Left me stranded for 2 days without even a loaner and being from out of town with car seats. Wouldn’t explain to me what was all included in a service they said I absolutely needed which still turns out to be not the issue. Worst Ford dealership I have had to deal with and highly DO NOT recommend it. Would rather pay a huge tow bill next time then deal with them especially being a larger dealership. Definitely felt like I was being taken advantage of. More
honestly, amazing salesman and the managers were great. but unfortunately when I came in to put down my deposit, they proceeded to not tell me that I would he leaving with the car the same day, not only en but unfortunately when I came in to put down my deposit, they proceeded to not tell me that I would he leaving with the car the same day, not only enforcing that I put in my downpayment immediately, but that I had to trade in my car. I felt trapped and unsure. so I went along with it. the salesman didn’t even know that was what was happening. I had made it very clear I was to inly put in my deposit and get my credit approved, but suddenly as I’m sitting in the finance lady, the insurance guy appears and I get told that EVERYTHING is happening now. I was so upset and riddled with anxiety. no communication to let me know the steps. I love my new car and the salesman was excellent, but whoever made that call to almost force me into everything all at once... they suck. it ruined the experience for me. More

Thanks for serving my 2017 Ford Escape. I requested to have engine coolant , transmission and differential flush. Thanks to Jennifer as she kindly provided a rough estimate and contacted me I requested to have engine coolant , transmission and differential flush. Thanks to Jennifer as she kindly provided a rough estimate and contacted me to inform that rear differential is not serviceable on my vehicle. Overall process is smooth and friendly. My only suggestion would be a curtesy lift home or vehicle drop off. Again kudos to Jennifer and Ford techs. PS. Thanks for finding my xxxxxxx. I was looking for it everywhere. More
I phoned Dams Ford on the Langley Bypass today to see about getting my 2005 Ford F 350 into the shop to have the toe in on the vehicle adjusted to factory specs. I have just installed all new tires and inspected all steering components for wear. I had found that the passenger side tie rod end has some play in it and changed it out. I was shocked to hear the response from the customer service rep when I tried to make an appointment, "Your vehicle is over 10 years old, we don’t work on them". She then gave me a name of a shop close to them. In other words, we sold you the vehicle and we don’t want to see you again. The basic response from the dealership was “Sex & Travel”! Not impressed!
