I've had 3 service visits so far. The 1st two were a nightmare but today was a vast improvement. Everything today was near perfect. I am not sure if the improvement was due to my complaints on the prior nightmare but today was a vast improvement. Everything today was near perfect. I am not sure if the improvement was due to my complaints on the prior two experiences or if the other two were just anomolies. I guess only time will tell. Here's hoping that today's good service IS more indicative of their normal service and the two bad experiences WERE just aberattions. More
