We bought a car from Crown Nissan Rouge SV May 26, 2023 from waverley dealership. At first, the salesman and the finance girl said, it comes with safety inspection. Then we bought a car. They gave us a pap from waverley dealership. At first, the salesman and the finance girl said, it comes with safety inspection. Then we bought a car. They gave us a paper that everything is clear. We sent those paper to the Uber. But they denied the paper and asked again safely inspection. We came back for safety inspection but the Sales Manager Steve came and said, we will not do a safety inspection. You have to pay. He said, “ I am the boss. Whatever the sales person is telling you doesn’t work here because I am the boss. His behaviour was very rude. He told us in a loud voice that go outside. I don’t want to talk to you here. This is the embarrassing situation for us. We bought a car almost $50,000 and he told us to leave. This happened to us first time. I can’t tell how much I was disappointed with the behaviour of the Manager. He doesn’t know how to deal with the customer. I think there should be charge against him for misbehaving with the customers. More
