I have been bringing my Frontier and Altima to Crown for service since they opened their dealership. Crown was the first place I went when I outgrew my truck and needed something new for my growing family. service since they opened their dealership. My wife and I had an afternoon free so we thought we would head to Crown Nissan and kick the tires on a few different Nissan vehicles. We got there and started nosing around a few trucks on the lot. Our salesman Jeff Goren came out to say "hi", and I thought "ophthalmic here we go. Get ready for the high pressure sales pitch." Jeff was great. He was well informed on Nissan's truck and SUV line-up. He turned out to be very easy to work with. Basically Jeff lets the vehicle sell itself. Everyone at Crown showed much patience as we went back and forth and checked out other dealers and manufacturers. Jeff and his sales manager came through on every commitment they made. We finally settled on a very slick, fully loaded Pathfinder. Dan was helpful as he was pinch hitting for Jeff and walked through the new features with me later. When I drove that vehicle off the lot a few days later and knew we had made a good deal. If personal finances allow we will be back in May next year to replace wife's Altima. More

Thomas and the team at Crown Nissan were extremely friendly, professional and great to deal with. Thomas even went out in a torrential downpour to take the license plates off my trade in. It is a great dealer. Still waiting to check out their after-sale services though. But so far the customer service is good. Everyone was so friendly and they all had smiles on no matter when I showed up. I dealt with several different people (starting with Steve, then Jeff, then Tony and then Dan) they each were helping out matter when I showed up. I dealt with several different people (starting with Steve, then Jeff, then Tony and then Dan) they each were helping out covering when someone was away (with the exception Tony of course). They were all so nice. When I picked up the vehicle I had a lady with me who has a developmental disability and every single person we came in to contact with was so nice to her and made her feel just like she should have been there with me. This meant so much to me (and her), maybe more then the way anyone had treated me. Thanks everyone! More

I recently purchased a new 2012 Versa Sedan as I returned my Nissan Rogue after the four year lease ended. I dealt mostly with Jeff and he was very helpful, courteous. After purchasing, transactions are done quickly and without any pressure into buying extra coverage whether it's extended warranties or any of the other packages that a lot of dealers pressure you into buying.
