I was outside looking at some of the vehicles when a manager came up to me, shook my hand and asked my name (already a good start since I was there with a man and my previous experience at another dealership was me being fluffed off while a salesperson focused on my male friend and completely dismissed me) He brought a salesman over and we started my search. My salesman was friendly, funny, knowledgable and took his time showing me around and explaining not only the perks of the vehicle but the safety aspect of driving the Mazda. There was not a time while I was there that I felt pushed to buy or that he wasn't explaining the fine print (we all know that happens often when buying a vehicle). After all the open and friendly negotiations I decided to purchase. I had to go back to Mazda to sign papers and all that fun stuff and each time I was greeted with a smile and they all knew my name. I was extremely happy with Scott my salesman and Brian the gentlemen who looked after my financing. This was a great experience all around! Thanks for that all you Mazda employees! Keep up the great work! More
