Inexperienced salesman. Made promises that were not honoured after the sale. Sub standard parts on vehicle even after we were told it was repaired. Will not be going back

These guys are crooks!! Took car to get clutch fixed $2500 later still not! Now they say another $1000 to look at it again!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO SOMEWHWERE ELSE!!!!!

I bought my first Electric Vehicle from Crown Mazda in Jan 4, 2021. I am very satisfied with their service.. Jordan Day was my sales person. I will highly recommend him. He is gentle, polite and listens to the needs of the customers. He was flexible and always accommodated my schedule. There was a delay in getting my EV charger on time, Jordan would follow up wth me regularly. I gave my kids a surprise and asked Jordan to record us the moment we walked in the show room.
