My experience at Destination Mazda has overall been great. My only complaint (and the reason for the overall experince and price scores of 4 instead of 5) is the odd hidden fee that I encountered. I don't mind paying fair price but I want to know upfront what I am going to be charged. For example, if the laser etching security service is not optional, it should be included in the sticker price of the vehicle. Also, miscellaneous shop material costs should be included in the estimate for service and repair. More
