This was my first new car purchase, so I knew it had to be a memorable and special car. The service was very good and the salesman Sothea was very helpful and informative, and its didn't hurt that he had taste for nice cars. James in the financing department was also top notch making the paperwork quick and painless. I'll end this review saying that I highly recommend Destination Mazda for anyones car purchase new or used, I've been to a lot of dealers and they are up there on the great customer service which seems to be rare these days in my opinion. We couldn't be happier with our first car purchase. We bought a 2011 Mazda 3 GS with luxury package. From the moment we walked in the door we never once felt pressured to buy. We got what we felt was a very fair price on our trade in and on the new car. As first time new car buyers we had heard many horror stories but didn't run into any issues. Our sales consultant was very helpful and we felt was very honest with us. THe finance manager was also a great help to us, even going in on Sunday to make sure we got the 0% financing deal before the end of the month. Again he never pressured us into purhasing any extras. All in all it was a great experience and i would be happy to buy another car from this dealer. Not to mention the Mazda 3 looks awesome! More

We found Manoo Chopra to be very friendly and helpful in helping us to choose our new vehicle. It is the first time for us in the new vehicle purchase and all of our questions and concerns were handled eith helping us to choose our new vehicle.
