The finance manager name Rome Fajardo, who finaced our car was very rude and also try to gave us wrong information and also try to hide information. Even they didn't stand on their promises. Way he talked with us was very bad. I was going to cancel my deal but another finance manger handle the situation. If you guys appointing such employees in Honda then no one buy car from them and even I from now not recommend anyone to buy car from Crown Honda Mcphillips Winnipeg even I was planning to buy one more car of Honda but not from Crown Honda Mcphillips this time. BRAND NEW CRV EX-L with 200mileage already? Service Department Best Ever This is one of the few service departments equipped to work on an S2000. Staff are skilled and responsive. This was the first time that a service manager (Joel) advocated with subcontracted services to keep service costs down. While a valve and ring job is never welcome, our experience with Crown Honda was excellent. More

That was my second time in Honda crown and many times in other dealerships but that was my best experience dealing with the car sales professional. His attitude was awesome. And Roxanne she was the best too. She was under training that time but she did very well. She will be for sure a future best sales professional too. Overall thumbs up to this too amazing sales professional! I would recommend them 5 star! So when you go to Honda, just look for Andrew or Roxanne and you will get the car that you want guarranteed! Very very poor customer service!!! I sent my vehicle there for mpi claims to get my vehicle repaired for the first time in that location late march or beginning of april and as of now j I sent my vehicle there for mpi claims to get my vehicle repaired for the first time in that location late march or beginning of april and as of now june already i haven't heard any word from them of any updates about the ongoing repair. I think they are not even touching my car there and let it collect some dust. I dont recommend anyone to bring their vehicle there for repairs. The waiting time is terrible. More
