I gave down payment. I told them please give my money back for now, i need it, i have some urgent work bcz of this i may stuck somewhere doing somthing important. I asked them only 15 days to 30 days time to buy new car. They asked me to buy car first then only they can give money back. I called them number of times. They do not talk to you properly. More

I always believed in crown for their best service and customer satisfaction since long time but n Worst ever experience of my life at any dealership. I always believed in crown for their best service and customer satisfaction since long time but after this I am not going to crown honda at all ever. We bought a honda civic from them a month ago and we went back for another good deal but terrible and unexpected experience this time. Me and my friend went to buy a brand new Honda CRV and the deal was almost finalised and the sales manager was talking to my friend. While I was advising to my friend he interrupted and said I AM NOT TALKING TO YOU AND YOU SHOULD NOT INTERRUPT and he said that TWICE in such a rude was as if he owns the dealership and just dont care and can kick the people out. After spending our 2 hours finalising the sale we left the store right away and he did not even feel a bit of sorry. You can see how ARROGANT is he. Well I believe the dealership will do something against him otherwise they are going to loose the customers for sure. And all thanks to GLENN ALCANTARA who does not know how to talk to customers. Even filed a complaint to Honda Canada customer service and they tried Crown honda to call us but Crown Honda Never did! More
BEWARE- deposit is non refundable Sales agent is aware that we are having second thought to purchase until they told us to make a deposit to lower the payments but nobody told us that Sales agent is aware that we are having second thought to purchase until they told us to make a deposit to lower the payments but nobody told us that it’s non refundable. I signed a financial loan application for 1/2 business days then decided to cancel it and told us we cannot get our money back. That is how they do it to trapped the customer and its unfair for people who worked hard to earned that money and in a snap they will just get it for free. More

Service Dept. not helpful during time of Emergency My almost 5 year old Honda Pilot (purchased from Crown Honda) didn't start using the remote starter last Friday morning (after my midnight shift work) My almost 5 year old Honda Pilot (purchased from Crown Honda) didn't start using the remote starter last Friday morning (after my midnight shift work). Outside temperature was only -8 C. at that time. It only started after using the manual/key, but sound like it’s been forced in turning on. Went straight to Crown Honda service department and asked them if they can troubleshoot the problem which I think might be related to weak battery. The front desk personnel (named Michael and another Filipino guy) told me that they cannot help me with my problem because they are all busy and booked. I explained to them the problem needs a quick attention as my wife and I cannot afford to miss or be late on our job because of car problem. I also mentioned to them that the outside temperature will drop to -15 C next Monday. Since I bought the car, I always had it serviced at the Crown Honda. I always believed on their service department motto “Never open your hood to strangers.” However, at that time, I was forced to go to Canadian Tire to fix my car problem. The Canadian Tire did a very good job in troubleshooting the problem and after changing the battery, the problem was rectified. More
