Crown Acura

Aaron was attentive to us. He had no problem pulling out any used MDX we wanted to look at. We didn't seem rushed at all. He went and gassed up a vehicle for us in order to test drive it. He took the time to show all the gadgets in the purchased vehicle when we were ready to take it home. When the vehicle needed the windshield repaired, Aaron drove my husband to work and picked him up.

My wife and I were very well treated at this dealership. Shopping for a new vehicle was an important step for us, and we had doen quite a bit of looking. The staff at this dealer were very professional, friendly and helpful without being pushy. salesman, finance person and manager were very attentive to our needs, helping us to get the best deal possible on the vehicle we wanted. In comparison to some of the other dealers we visited, i would rate this one quite highly.

I bought my 2005 Acura EL brand new and have never taken it anywhere other than Acura dealerships for regular servicing. I am in a job where I move around the country a lot, but I just had my third visit to Crown in Winnipeg for service and a block heater installation. They have always been courteous and friendly, and even given me a discount here and there, without me having to ask. I am very pleased with the service that I receive at Crown Acura in Winnipeg, they go the extra mile for their customers. I will continue to bring my vehicle there until I am posted somewhere else! I have been a customer for 9 years and I can not imagine dealing with other service people. Dennis and Dustin make it easy to service my vehicle. They make sure I understand the work required and never oversell me. Totally trustworthy and honest. I have Fords, Chevys, Hondas and Acura. I like a little of each vechile but I am on my fourth Acura because of the service department of Crown Acura.
