The thing that separated Hyundai from all these brands was a) their generous warranty and b) the superb customer service that we received from Cody Smith at Crowfoot Hyundai. Cody's knowledge of Hyundai and his easy going nature made the vehicle buying process so smooth and comfortable for my husband and I. My husband and I purposefully dressed very casually when we went into Hyundai and Cody did not pass any judgment on us for this and you may thing it odd for me to mention this but we had just experienced this at the Ford dealership before coming to Crowfoot Hyundai (No sales person approached us at Ford and we were there for 30 minutes). We had received some conflicting information from a different Hyundai dealership and Cody set the record straight with me by showing me how and where he derived his information from. I feel very happy with the purchase that we made and would definitely recommend Crowfoot Hyundai to everyone and especially mention Cody. More

I found that the crowfoot staff were courteous and friendly and truly took pride in their customer service. My sales consultant was James Anglin who is extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I first viewed the car on Saturday August 22nd and after taking a look around town at several other cars I realized that this one was the best deal for me. That evening I called James and told him that I would like to purchase the vehicle the following week. We had a verbal agreement, and I did not put any money down at that time. A couple of days later there were several other customers that offered to purchase the vehicle before I had the chance to put any money down. James stepped up, stayed loyal to our verbal agreement, and made sure that the other offers would not go through. This exemplified to me the extreme loyalty he has towards his customers. James was there with me throughout the entire sales process. He gave excellent advice and was willing to negotiate a deal with me that I was very satisfied with. On the financial side of things I dealt with Lana Kendrick, the financial services manager. Similar to James, she was knowledgeable and professional. She guided me through the finances, warranty, car protection plans and gave me insights from her own purchasing experiences. As with James, she was excellent. Couple weeks in, the car is running smoothly and I am a 100% satisfied customer. I had a great experience at this dealership and I highly recommend it for those that are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

Great service, great people I've taken my car here for warranty work a few times and its always been great dealing with the service staff, and the quality of work is always great I've taken my car here for warranty work a few times and its always been great dealing with the service staff, and the quality of work is always great, no matter where I move in the city I will continue to take my car to this dealership. The last time I brought my car in the service was particularly good. I bought my car used so I didn't have much details on the length of the warranty or the coverage, so one night I was at crowfoot Hyundai picking up my car from some warranty work that was done and I asked the receptionist for assistance, she sent me to Lanas office. All I asked for was some basic details on Hyundai's warranty but Lana actually went into Hyundais system looked at my vehicles info and found that the dealership I purchased it from (not a Hyundai dealership) had't bothered to change the ownership info of the car to my name, she also found out that my car had extended warranty purchased by the previous owner, a detail the dealership I purchased the car from forgot to mention while they were trying to sell me their own extended warranty. Lana was able to change the ownership info in Hyundai's system, so now I will get any important recall notices, and she transferred the extended warranty over to my name. she definitely went well beyond the basic service I asked her for and really helped me out. More

Overall pleased I came into Hyundai looking for a first car. James had come out and introduced himself, and listened to what our wants and expectations. He took us in to talk about the car we were looking at which was a Hyundai Elantra. He further explained why the car was great and the features it had. He brought up proof and throughly explained all its features, pros and cons. He is very patient and explains things slowly and gets into details and make sure any information isn't left out. Even after my car arrived he took a lot of time to explain the car to me and how it works from the inside out. The only thing is they forgot to instal something into my car, but it wasn't a big deal. We did not feel like we were talked into taking the 2015 Sonata as Daniel & Ron allowed us to take our time and they gave us options. As a result we are very happy owners of our new 2015 Sonata.
