The price on a new model was not in our budget, however the staff were very friendly My wife and I went in to look at the 2015 Genesis in early June. The price on a new model was not in our budget, however the staff were very friendly and helpful. Move forward to january 2016. We found a used genesis 2015 in the luxury package which was very well priced. This time, the price and payments were almost attainable. The dealership offered us ways of making ends meet and we eventually purchased the vehicle. There was zero pressure and the atmosphere was very friendly. Justin our sales guy was great. He had the vehicle ready the day we came in to look and he remembered us from 7 months before. The vehicle, the warranty and the services were nothing short of excellent. We have purchased many American vehicles before and what we found was a fresh way of doing business with a dealership. No haggling, both Justin and the Manager were up front and not "slimy" as many dealerships are. I hope this new vehicle makes us as happy as our last and I hope the service department is as great as the sales department.
