Service Calls I have had my Huyndai for a couple of years now, and every time except twice in 2 years, I have received a phone call from the service department aski I have had my Huyndai for a couple of years now, and every time except twice in 2 years, I have received a phone call from the service department asking me if Id like to book my vehicle in for this certain service. I say..."my vehicle is in your shop right now for that is it not...?" Oh Im not sure they say, we will check and get back to you....and they don't. Mass confusion like this happens regularly in the service department. Also there is a employee named Pat who couldn't be ruder to customers on the phone and in person. More
