Unhelpful condescending staff. I was enquiring about a warranty issue on our Santa Fe and asked to speak with Brett Mulder after seeking clarification on costs. I have to say as someone new to the area looking for a dealer to work with I was taken aback by the general unhelpfulness and condescending tone that Brett took. Given that he was head of service his knowledge also seems quite patchy. You would think an incomer to the area would be a someone a dealer would like to cultivate good relations with, but I got the impression that they took customers for granted and were not in the business of looking after folks or (more basically) just treating them with courtesy! Avoid. More

Recently we were having some mechanical issues with our vehicle and the service department was struggling to diagnose and fix the problems. It took a few visits but Brett worked with us to ensure that the issues were resolved to our satisfaction and that the price charged for the work was fair. It was a challenging and frustrating experience for all parties but ultimately we were happy with the outcome. We will continue to have our vehicle serviced by the friendly staff at Crowfoot Hyundai.
