From the moment I walked in, Raj made me feel comfortable and at ease, There were absolutely no high pressure sales tactics or games, and I greatly appreciated Raj's honesty. He was dedicated to getting me the vehicle I wanted at the payment I was willing to pay, bottom line. The sales manager, Justin, was also very personable and accommodating. Even though I was getting such a good deal on the vehicle, he valued my time as a new customer and even added dealership incentives to sweeten the deal. Dave in finance was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer care. As my husband was heading out of town for work the following day, Dave stayed past his shift just to ensure all of the paperwork was complete in time for me to pick up the vehicle the following day. Long story short, I made a reasonable offer to purchase a new vehicle, based on the price I was quoted by product advisor Dong Yang (and radio ad!). He filled out a purchase order and went to get approval from a sales manager. A few minutes later Dong returned to me with his supervisor who explained that the price for the vehicle was $3000 MORE than the asking price that had been quoted! I questioned this, as what had brought me into this dealership was a radio spot quoting the original price. No one could give me a proper answer. I left the dealership feeling like I had been dealt with dishonestly. Buying a car shouldn't seem like a game! Needless to say I will never set foot in that dealership again. I have already told potential car buyers to AVOID Crowfoot Dodge. More
