Thankfully, my experience buying a new car was so much less stressful than I anticipated because of Aidan Stephenson. He was a friendly and patient sales rep who really did all he could to provide exceptional customer service and help me through the process. I warned him that I could be indecisive and picky, but that didn't seem to phase him. He wasn’t pushy at all and let me take my time and ask questions. He was very good at listening to me, and what I was looking for, then helping me find the best car for my needs. His laid back approach made me feel very comfortable going through the process, and ultimately buying from him. A genuinely nice guy and I would definitely recommend him to anyone else looking to buy a car. More

Will NOT be back Nothing but promises over the phone that I was approved for my new truck get to dealership to sign papers and pick up truck turns out I wasn’t approve Nothing but promises over the phone that I was approved for my new truck get to dealership to sign papers and pick up truck turns out I wasn’t approved for that year but the year before. And the truck I was interested in went from 62k to 75k in a matter of hrs wasn’t aware they could do that ? Complete wast of my time then they sat there trying to sell me a truck I had zero interest in AND was a model lower then the ptruck I already have. I guess they know better then myself what I want and need plus the attitude on that “new manager” was a complete joke apparently she’s never heard the expression”you catch more flys with hunny then vinegar”. Then once they realized I wasn’t buying their truck I got to sit for a lengthy time in their lounge to get my deposit back I will never set foot in crowfoot dodge again and I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone unless your out looking for a few laughs. I live just down the hill from crowfoot dodge and I’ll drive across the city before I EVER set foot in there again. More
