TIMELY, Efficient and Service Oriented Fantastic customer service! I was helped by Allan Angeles when I booked my vehicle for a recall job. I was expecting the job to be longer than 2 hrs i Fantastic customer service! I was helped by Allan Angeles when I booked my vehicle for a recall job. I was expecting the job to be longer than 2 hrs including wait times but I was out after 45 mins on a 30 min job. He was very efficient. No wonder this dealership is the top in western Canada. 2014 Dodge Dart I purchased a Dodge Dart and was promised 2 sets of keys was told they would see if previous owner still had the other set, I was then told I was to p I purchased a Dodge Dart and was promised 2 sets of keys was told they would see if previous owner still had the other set, I was then told I was to pay for another set myself. I had issues with the windshield washer sprayer not working, took the car in under warranty , they couldn't find the problem and charged me $95 to look at it. I have recently been contacted by Hoakey Fiddler Manager in used cars, he has taken care of my concerns with the keys. I recommend pat Savoie , he's the best salesman at crosstown . More
