over fill oil I had an oil change done at Crosstown Auto Centre Edmonton. The oil was over filled so I called them. Christina said they had a trainee working on my car and mistakes happen. Then she said she checked it.. She told me to look at the story on the paper work, I asked where that was and she said on the paper work. Then she became rude. I finally said thank you and hung up. I will never go back. More

Great customer service! I traded in my vehicle for a newer model and was treated with respect by all the staff.
