The worst experience with Jeep Dealer in 3 decades I have been driving Jeeps Grand Cherokee since they were introduced, I owned every model of them and I was impressed, until I came to fix one Grand Ch I have been driving Jeeps Grand Cherokee since they were introduced, I owned every model of them and I was impressed, until I came to fix one Grand Cherokee to Crosstown in Edmonton. Nobody knew at service what to do with this jeep ?, where to look for problem ?, and how to fix it ?, I had meeting with some foreman and supervisor of that service shop, and that only proved my jeep is in very bad hands. Instead of fixing Jeep and returning to me, the were only asking for additional time to spend on it at $160.00/hour. I would never buy any vehicle from that place, my recent visit to that dealership was total disaster, they proved to be ignorants, unprofessional, hard to deal with, and cash flow is much higher importance than customer satisfaction. This is definitely place to avoid. More

When he eyed me as I was walking the lot I did not I bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler off of bob Janis (used car salesman) and let me tell you something. When he eyed me as I was walking the lot I did not feel nervous as I usually would at a used car dealership. He has a friendly face and made me feel warm and comfortable. He helped us select the right vehicle for our needs and wants. After two weeks of driving our dream machine the engine light came on and I was forward to TJ the used car manager to help with the issue. He gave me a loaner for the day and I came back after work and wam!bam! The dream machine was ready and they cleaned it! Overall my experience was amazing and recommend visiting crosstown for a mind blowing experience. More
