Thanks so much I had purchased a new truck from another dealership a few weeks ago and soon realized it was not the right truck for my needs. After failing to listen I had purchased a new truck from another dealership a few weeks ago and soon realized it was not the right truck for my needs. After failing to listen to my concerns I went to Crosstown and worked with Alla and Adam. Between the 2 of them I got the truck I needed at a price I could live with. Both Jerry and Jeremy hit tops marks in both areas; they also make a great team! Jerry was the one who helped me pick my vehicle. Originally I was going to go with something a little cheaper but after Jerry showed me all my options, let me drive the vehicle (off-road too), and worked a good payment plan in I was SOLD. I do not regret my purchase one bit and it has been about half a year already. If you are going to buy something let Jerry help you spoil yourself - within your budget that is! Jeremy helped me more on the financial side; he was incredibly patient and was always checking up on me. He explained to me OVER and OVER (after me asking him repeatedly) how everything worked because this was the first time I was buying something worth this much. Not only did he do everything to make it the best price possible for me, he saved me money in several different areas as well just because he could. Whenever I had a problem with anything Jeremy and Jerry were always ready to help me no matter what day or time. Jeremy and Jerry still message me to this day to see how I am doing and to help me with anything concerning my vehicle. I really do recommend going here and talking to these two. Even if you do not purchase a vehicle you will learn a lot from them and make some good friends. More
