In your review you mention that our Service Manager, Chris treated you poorly and was rude. Chris, joined our team on Monday and is currently learning the way of Crosstown with our customer service, we do apologize that you did not receive a positive service experience. Crosstown’s car wash, as well as any other car wash have signs posted stating to enter at your own risk, fold in mirrors and operator is not responsible for any damages. Although this is posted I am happy to hear that our Fixed Operations Manager, Scott Saunders was able to work with you on a resolution for your truck and that you had a positive experience with other members of our service team.
