He helped me to solved not only the recall service other than that, I feel something rare noise coming from my transmission gear. Now when I tested to drive and come back home I feel more comfortable and Safety First given to my family. I have never been treated so poorly. My vehicle was damaged by a piece of metal that hooked my mirror in the car wash after my oil change. Chris who claimed to be the store manager whom I found out later lied and is the service manager was very rude not only to me but the girl from the service bay on (3) occasions. I was told that my 2010 truck was old and that he wasn't even considering the thought of repairing the damage done by the car wash & that we were done so I should leave and go to the police If I have a problem. He refused to let me explain or show him what caused the damage and was told I should purchase a new vehicle since mine is 6 years old. He refused to let me speak or even tell me who the store manager was and insisted he was the manager only to find out from a salesman that he was in fact not the dealership manager and was new to the store. 5 people in my family have Dodge trucks and I will be sure to let them know along with others the way I was treated today. I would like to thank Brian N ,Annette K and finally Scott Saunders for helping me and being reasonable. More

Both times the sales person we dealt with was helpful and interested in our specific needs and requirements. Several options were presented for us to choose from. Service was excellent with timely follow-up and communication. We appreciated the fact that we got good information and facts, with minimum hype and hard sell. One minor disappointment was that the final payments and price were higher than originally quoted. So beware of those extra / hidden charges and fees (extended warranty, etc). Be sure to ask and understand the extra fees, and remember it is your right to say "NO" to any of them. More

There was a 2016 Ram Power Wagon and the price was excel I had been looking at used Rams for over a year when I walked into the showroom at Crosstown. There was a 2016 Ram Power Wagon and the price was excellent with easily affordable monthly payments. Then I find out there is a no interest event happening which made a great difference.as well. I met with Dave Comrie and he was no xx here is what we can do for you and then he suggested I take the Power Wagon next day and see if it was the right truck. So I did, within 2 hours I was back and signing the sales papers. Marko Kamal sales manager, was excellent to deal with as well - very professional and easy to talk to. Overall the best experience I have had buying a new vehicle and recommend Crosstown to everyone! More
Fast, no-fuss oil change I went in to get an oil change and was in and out within 25 minutes. Customer Service not what it used to be. Having bought a new vehicle previously from Crosstown in 1997 and having my 200 serviced there previously I went back expecting the buying experience Having bought a new vehicle previously from Crosstown in 1997 and having my 200 serviced there previously I went back expecting the buying experience and customer service to be of the same quality it was in 1997 or in the service bay. It wasn't even close. I traded in a fully loaded 2013 200 for a very lacking in options 2015 Compass. It was like my wish list fell on deaf ears. (I didn't think command start was unreasonable in Alberta). I should have put my foot down and demanded more vehicle options to choose from so I do realize it is my fault that I now have a vehicle am I not 100% happy with. I didn't realize until I was driving it home and scrolling through the menu settings that it doesn't even have a compass in it. How's that for ironic. I should have just walked away and gone to another dealer when my frustration level went through the roof rather than just take what they had to get it over with. When going over the financing I was told they could "get me 4 oil changes". To me that implied they would be free but they were not. When I reviewed the bill of sale and questioned the amount of the payments he seemed offended. There were items in there that I did not ask for like employment insurance and bi-weekly payments. Makes me wonder how many people just take what is presented without knowing what really isn't needed. By removing items I didn't want or need my monthly payment dropped by almost $150. Guess they figured the free car washes and a $50 credit on my Crosstown card would make me happy. Using the car wash is almost as frustrating as the sales people. More
2015 Jeep Cherokee North Service Visit I took my vehicle in for a regular oil change visit and was given recommendations on some extra work that was close or needed to be done at this time. I took my vehicle in for a regular oil change visit and was given recommendations on some extra work that was close or needed to be done at this time. These included Tire Rotation, New Front & Back Wiper Blades, Engine Additive and Cabin Air Filter. I chose to do all and as a result was given an extra discount on labour, which was appreciated. The whole visit took about an hour, so I was in and out very quickly. The service was great and since just an oil change can take up to 30min to 45min this time that the whole deal took was great.
