Awesome Sauce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We walked into the dealership with a list of everything we would like in our next vehicle, my oldest daughter wanted Sirius XM and an audio jack and i We walked into the dealership with a list of everything we would like in our next vehicle, my oldest daughter wanted Sirius XM and an audio jack and i wanted power windows/locks and a RED truck. He went above and beyond what we expected. While I was there, he spoiled and played with my Grand Daughter while we were waiting for the Chrysler Representative to come talk to us. Turns out that he got me into a Brand New RAM 1500 for a little more a month then i was paying for my 2011 Dakota and i bought that used. Since i got my Ram in May, i have told everyone if there in need of a new (or used) vehicle to go see Moose. If i ever need an another vehicle i will be going back to him. Oil Change with a Smile I came in for an oil change on Friday and had the pleasure of dealing with Daxton. I was told it would be 10 minutes before my car was pulled in. It w I came in for an oil change on Friday and had the pleasure of dealing with Daxton. I was told it would be 10 minutes before my car was pulled in. It was about 10 min. exactly. I was then greeted by Daxton, who was very personable and made my experience very enjoyable. I was quoted 35 minutes for the oil change. When I returned to the oil change bay 30 min. later, my Jeep was done and Daxton had my paperwork ready to go. It is so nice to have all of your expectations met and to be treated with respect. Best customer service ever! From the minute I drove onto the lot until I picked up my new Jeep Cherokee 2 days later I was treated like their only customer. I received nothing but the best customer service from everyone I dealt with. Jorge was so friendly and accomodating from start to finish. He spent lots of time with me explaining all of the options on my vehicle and I never felt like he was trying to move on to someone else. Jerry Z sat and talked to me for a while as I was waiting to deal with financing and I wasnt left alone for more than a few minutes. Easiest/Fastest I've ever bought a vehicle. Just like another clients title, This had to been the easiest fastest deal I have made at a car dealer. I was in and out of there driving my new truck Just like another clients title, This had to been the easiest fastest deal I have made at a car dealer. I was in and out of there driving my new truck within 3 hours. I wasn't even expecting to buy anything, just find out what my options were as my old truck was just written off a few days prior. I was recommended to Moose. Amazing guy!! He was able to get me in a brand new truck for a way better interest rate than what I was paying in my previous truck. Honestly really believe in Sliver lining's since this deal. He was friendly, knew what he was doing and was awesome when I had to bring in my two kids with me. Lyle was amazing finance guy as well, got us in and out in good timing. Answered all the questions we had, didn't hesitate to find the answer if he didn't know. All the other staff was super friendly. I highly recommend this dealer ship if you are in the market. More

Sold me a vehicle which was then sold to someone else Sold me a vehicle which I was financing through a leasing company. The leasing company was waiting for the lien to be released on the vehicle prior t Sold me a vehicle which I was financing through a leasing company. The leasing company was waiting for the lien to be released on the vehicle prior to paying for it. We had been waiting for the lien discharge for about 2 weeks when we were then informed that the vehicle had been sold to somebody else. We were also informed that it was the leasing company's fault for not making full payment on the vehicle prior to the lien being released. Extremely disappointed as the bill of sale had been provided to the leasing company and we were waiting for the dealer to release the lien on the vehicle prior to making full payment on it. More
