My boyfriend was told someone wanted to purchase his vehicle (not true they just wanted to sell him a new vehicle). I had no intention of buying a vehicle and ended up leaving having bought a vehicle. I feel I was coerced into the purchase. I am not laying total blame on the dealership as I did sign the papers. However I found out later I was overcharged for the vehicle and purchased extras that they told me was included. I just feel everything was presented shadily and because of my lack of knowledge I was taken for a ride. Not a good experience a do not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Worst experience ever in Canada (my first loan) My firts loan in Canada was unfurtanely with Jorge maya & crosstown,he sale to me a used truck 2013..one week later ,truck doesn't work....they refuse My firts loan in Canada was unfurtanely with Jorge maya & crosstown,he sale to me a used truck 2013..one week later ,truck doesn't work....they refused to repair the truck literally Jorge maya said "it's your problem cuz you own money to the bank...I went to claim to the dealer ship,they offer me a solution ,a brand new truck 35k...unfurtanly y believe all words from Jorge maya ,he doesn't tell me that's my new loan it's 53k..why? Very simple he just add me the trade of the truck they sell to me and doesn't work, for using a useless truck for a week now I have two paid more the 20k+interest% of a truck that's I used for a weeek... that's the way help to the new foreign resident in Canada ,selling just for sell,,they don't care the client at all ! Just they want they commission $...why I have to pay the trade for a truck they sale to me refuse to repair,refuse to give me the inspection of the truck ??they hide the price and abuse of the ignorance of the ppl that don't speak fluent English.... my service was in Spanish even that he hide to me that's he was selling me a loan of 53k ... never trust in Jorge maya it's a scam!!! We stopped in to see it. Not only did it meet the criteria we we looking for, it exceeded our expectations and my husband loved that it had the mags and the all wheel drive options. The purchase itself was smooth and we were impressed by the no pressure approach by the finance manager. They stood behind the sale and immediately addressed any concerns we had.
