I dealt with Mauricio for Sales and he is fantastic, but it has been one crappy thing after another for financing. First it took them over 3 weeks to actually get a cheque with the right name couriered to the bank to pay off my trade in vehicle. That was after a payment was pulled from my account 2 WEEKS after my purchase. Then they finally resend a correctly named cheque, however this time it was for the wrong amount, so guess who got another payment pulled from my account? By this time I have not had my old vehicle now for almost a month and a half, but have still paid for it. Then I was supposed to get a cheque to reimburse me those two payments, but lo and behold it's only for one of the payments. I'm still out $140 for your guys screw ups that has been ongoing since January 18th and it just seems like mine (and my fiancé's) business is a joke to you at this point. Off to Great West we go I guess! More
