Oil change, Tire batch and car wash Quick service. Cassandra, the service manager in lube bay kept me updated and checked on me while I waited in patron waiting area. At self car wash, Quick service. At self car wash, where I was having difficulty and ...actually ran through the car wash without washing the car..... Dwayne, a service worker who was waiting behind my car, came to my assistance and explained the process and then actually drove my car for me. He assured me and was very gracious. Thank you. More

From when we walked into Crosstown we felt very comfortable about purchasing a new vehicle. Manny our salesman was honest and made sure that all our needs were met and he was a pleasure to work with. From finding the Jeep Sahara to test driving to explaining everything about the vehicle he was extremely helpful and informative. Marko helped us with the financing, He was friendly, warm, and answered all of our questions. He made sure that we understood everything about the Jeep and the financing side of the purchase. Our experience was so great that we came back a week later and purchased a Dodge Avenger for our son thru Manny and Marko! Thank you to Manny and Marko for everything!! The worst experience with Jeep Dealer in 3 decades I have been driving Jeeps Grand Cherokee since they were introduced, I owned every model of them and I was impressed, until I came to fix one Grand Ch I have been driving Jeeps Grand Cherokee since they were introduced, I owned every model of them and I was impressed, until I came to fix one Grand Cherokee to Crosstown in Edmonton. Nobody knew at service what to do with this jeep ?, where to look for problem ?, and how to fix it ?, I had meeting with some foreman and supervisor of that service shop, and that only proved my jeep is in very bad hands. Instead of fixing Jeep and returning to me, the were only asking for additional time to spend on it at $160.00/hour. I would never buy any vehicle from that place, my recent visit to that dealership was total disaster, they proved to be ignorants, unprofessional, hard to deal with, and cash flow is much higher importance than customer satisfaction. This is definitely place to avoid. More

To date we are thoroughly enjoying our new Jeep. It is comfortable to drive, has great features (some that we are still learning about). 12 star dealership! What an Amazing experience! I bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler off of bob Janis (used car salesman) and let me tell you something. When he eyed me as I was walking the lot I did not I bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler off of bob Janis (used car salesman) and let me tell you something. When he eyed me as I was walking the lot I did not feel nervous as I usually would at a used car dealership. He has a friendly face and made me feel warm and comfortable. He helped us select the right vehicle for our needs and wants. After two weeks of driving our dream machine the engine light came on and I was forward to TJ the used car manager to help with the issue. He gave me a loaner for the day and I came back after work and wam!bam! The dream machine was ready and they cleaned it! Overall my experience was amazing and recommend visiting crosstown for a mind blowing experience. More
