Hands down, best customer s I stopped by Crosstown Auto recently, with some questions regarding my vehicle. I dealt with your service advisor, Amélie. Hands down, best customer service experience I ever had. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and even though I could tell she was very busy, I never felt rushed. She treated me like I was the only one in the room. When I went back a couple of days later, she remembered me, even my name, which I found impressive, knowing she must deal with a lot people on a daily basis. This young lady is a wonderful addition to the Crosstown team, and I will definitely be seeking her out the next time I need help. More

Excellent customer service I was on the crosstown website looking at trading in my truck for a Dodge Caravan. A support agent took all my information and within minutes I was co I was on the crosstown website looking at trading in my truck for a Dodge Caravan. A support agent took all my information and within minutes I was contacted by Ashley. She was very friendly and professional. After much active discussion over the next few days, not only was Ashley's offer for my trade in the highest, the offer for the Van was substantially better than anywhere else. A deal was reached and I feel as if both parties are satisfied. I highly recommend dealing with Ashley if you plan on purchasing a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep. Thanks again More
