Got a call saying there was an extra bolt in the torque converter housing and the bolt had wrecked the torque converter and starter. Vehicle was in the shop for a total of 20 days. We only received a couple calls about the status of vehicle so we’re in the dark with how the repairs were going, were told to come pick it up only to find out the vehicle was left in horrendous condition, dirt and dust on the door panels inside and the floor filthy, and no fuel left. It was picked up with 3/4 of a tank. This is very disappointing, and discouraging for us. The least that could have been done is the vehicle cleaned and have a half tank of fuel. More
