Ripped off Why is it that as soon as papers are signed after your purchase, the lies begin, bought a new ram 3500, 2 mins into drive away from dealership, rain w Why is it that as soon as papers are signed after your purchase, the lies begin, bought a new ram 3500, 2 mins into drive away from dealership, rain water washed off there typical show n shine wax and dents started to appear in hood and found more on the roof, likes like hidden hail damages to me, have a peice of paper stating to be repaired & we’ll contact you, Of course it never happened, 2nd attempt to get fixed still never happened. Bought extended warranty ( $4000) from Chrysler Canada, not a 3rd party, it’s been nothing but a struggle & everything I ever brought forward has been turned down or my expense. My advice is that this place doesn’t have what it takes to make it. Remember, it’s front line personal who are great to deal with, it’s other people behind close doors are difficult. P.S. I don’t want apology from this dealership either, it’s probably not worth much. More

service is too poor i went their service assest by ashley horvath to checked my jeep because the screen is not working so because of that i cant use my back up camera, he i went their service assest by ashley horvath to checked my jeep because the screen is not working so because of that i cant use my back up camera, heaters and radio. so she told me they will order the parts and they will call me back after 5-7 working days, it was still part of the warranty so im still waiting their call but its been a month no one is calling me, i messaged them and call them but no answer .. its really hard because its winter and i cant adjust the heater, my feet got frozen, i asked loaner car but she said no available.. what a service right? or maybe they dont care because it is part of the warranty and they cant get any sales/money ftom us.. i just got the jeep sept 2017 and it happen at the first winter the screen is not working anymore.. so super disappointed More

More than helpful I have to commend the service department for going above and beyond for me today. The heat in my car just all of a sudden stopped... slight ticking no I have to commend the service department for going above and beyond for me today. The heat in my car just all of a sudden stopped... slight ticking noise for 10 minutes and boom... nothing. They had my vehicle diagnosed and fixed in no time. These are seriously the best people and service department I have dealt with in a long time. More

My crosstown experience I drove in and specifically asked for the used car manager-it was Mario and then Wally became involved. The first thing I told them was; I confiscate I drove in and specifically asked for the used car manager-it was Mario and then Wally became involved. The first thing I told them was; I confiscated the vehicle from my son for non-payment! The second thing I told them was...I had paid the truck off and was not in a rush to sell or trade. However I was interested in selling the truck and my car for a newer vehicle for myself. Somehow the salesperson got fired....I wrote a letter to the general manager(robbie garnish) who only got back to me after I complained again to the owners assistant. Then robbie told me the sale had nothing to do with Crosstown.......... and I beg to differ! Because...had I not driven in there and spoke to them.....they would not have sold the truck! My experience with crosstown was the absolute most negative experience one could have. They didn’t even keep their word...! they sold my vehicle at “rock bottom price” not caring whatsoever about me.....just their bottom line! Not even an offer to finish the deal of upgrading my car!! If you are a woman! Beware! They will take advantage of you. More
