I’ve been fretting about getting a fair deal for our car. Private sales paid off in the past, but these days this seem too risky. The offer from the dealer where I was buying my new car was not very appealing, so I answered a “we want your car” pitch. Crosstown made us a fair, and the process was hassle free. Crosstown cut us a nice cheque and even paid for the Uber ride home. Thank you, Scott Mottershead and Ocean! More

The finance manager added thousands of dollars to the sale that wasn't disclosed to me. Then the manager says it's my word against his. Attitude of these two men was defensive and absolutely no way worki sale that wasn't disclosed to me. Then the manager says it's my word against his. Attitude of these two men was defensive and absolutely no way working the issue with me. I am overwhelmed with shock and heartbreak. Worst experience in my life. I trusted this person. Never will I deal with crosstown motors. I would never recommend this place. More
