I believe that Jennifer went above and beyond in sales service. We came in to buy a used vehicle or older model and she worked with her manager to get us into a new vehicle with same perks and prices as b service. We had an issue with a tire a week later and she got service to get right on fixing the problem immediately. We bought a Dodge Ram for pulling our travel trailer and Jennifer got the truck wired and ready to go for us in one day so that we didn't miss a beat in our camping trips. Love the truck. Accordingly, this experience I had changed my view and perception of why are 'reviews' being published. I am a 45 year old dad and was looking for a vehicle for our son. We stumbled upon this dealership and we came across the review of one Calgarian who had a rating of 5-star for this particular person Mr. Kemp. And guess what? I am living in Calgary as well and Mr. Kemp did all the transactions, finished all the paperworks, found for our son a very good deal for his 2014 RAM 1500, and "EVEN DELIVERED THE TRUCK IN FRONT OF OUR DRIVEWAY, WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS." Well, If i would rate the dealership and Mr. Kemp, I would be giving them a SEVEN (7) STAR rating for all they have done. My wife will be getting a van in the future and there would be nowhere else will I look for. When I arrived at Crosstown I met with Mike Ryan who was very friendly and easy to talk to. I had my eye on 2 trucks which we then discussed further. I test drove the one that I liked best and fell in love very friendly and easy to talk to. I had my eye on 2 trucks which we then discussed further. I indicated the price I was looking to pay and monthly payments and in turn a price point was offered. After much discussion The price that I was looking to pay was finally agreed upon. Any questions that I had that Mike was not able to answer were answered by TJ which help put my mind at ease over certain issues. TJ was also very friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. Both employees did everything in their power to make sure I had the best experience possible and even gave me some extra upgrades on the truck that were GREAT! For final paperwork I met with Mario who was a great conversationalist and also a dog enthusiast which was great seeing as I own a dog. He also informed me that the dealership was pet friendly which made it a good experience for my dog as well. Lincoln (the bulldog dog) was able to come to the dealership the day I came to pick up my new truck and use his charm on everyone in building making people laugh and smile at his antics. Overall I had an awesome experience and would recommend this dealer to other people looking to purchase a vehicle. My girlfriend and I may be back soon to also purchase a Jeep. More
