I went to purchase and install 4 brand new tires that I had selected from the website. I called to schedule the installation and I was told the tires would take an hour to arrive and to arrive at the servi had selected from the website. I arrive at noon and no one seemed to know anything about the tires I ordered or the installation scheduled to take place. Once that was sorted out (now 1pm), I was told the car would be ready around 3pm and that they would call if they ran into any issues. At 4:30pm (hour and a half late already), I called to check the status of my car. I was informed that they just started. Three and a half hours later and they just started? An hour and a half after the car was supposed to be finished? My car wasn't ready until 6:30pm. Very disatifised. Never returning. Telling everyone to go to other dealerships. 6 hours for tire installation is unacceptable. More

Jerry was very helpful during the sales process and after sale process but I can't say the same with Jocelyn, the Finance Manager. When we came in to sign our papers, nothing was explained to us, it takes he sale process but I can't say the same with Jocelyn, the Finance Manager. When we came in to sign our papers, nothing was explained to us, it takes her days to respond to emails/phone inquiries, Our deposit refund wasn't processed until 2 weeks after and she didn't even inform us that we needed to inform our current auto loan holder of the trade in so we ended up being charged for the vehicle that was traded in plus the vehicle that we just got. Regarding the service dept, The vehicle was not clean when we picked it up. We were promised a good detailing and a full tank of gas which we did not get. We were also missing some items for the built in dvd and up to now we still do not have it (it's been 3 weeks). Overall, we are happy with the service given by Jerry but very very disappointed with Jocelyn and the service dept. I don't think we will be referring anyone to this dealership anytime soon. More
