My husband & I drove onto the lot to just "look" at a Grand Cherokee we saw from the highway. We have been "looking" for 1.5yrs but have never been close to buying one. Walking outside, and it was a cold cold day! From start to finish, Mazin was a-MAZIN-g! He took us to test drive one used grand cherokee but my husband wasn't so keen because of the cigarette smell etc. But Mazin didn't give up, he showed us another vehicle and got it ready to test drive. It was the vehicle we ended up buying! Mazin stayed within our "payment range" and at the end, it was even lower by about $25/ea payment. Every single person we met & dealt with was happy, friendly, funny and full of life! No one was drab & boring. We were fed, watered, caffeinated. We were given a choice of an added gift: margaritaville blender, 32" tv, PS3 or Bose Speaker/Docking station, we chose the Bose. Then to our surprise, we were given $50 off at the part department where we purchased WeatherTech mats for the front of the Jeep. THEN we were surprised to learn we get a video of us buying our new car, emailed to us. The good news kept coming. The financing guys told us our rate was lowered & our payment was less than the $325 Mazin had quoted. How could you not love this kind of car buying experience!?! There was playful banter going on between staff & so much energy everywhere. Our vehicle had the tires switched out & we drove away the same day with our "new" used vehicle...the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee in red...the one we looked at for a long time but never bought...until we arrived at Crosstown & met Mazin. Great group of employees, clean building & amazing experience throughout! Thanks! :) More
