Excellent service. We went in to get a truck for our son and Moose answered all our questions regarding the various models of the Ram so that we could make an informed decision. Moose was friendly, very helpful and put our concerns to rest. His level of attention to detail was impressive. Once we chose the truck we wanted, Moose introduced us to Mario who then handled the financing aspect of our purchase. Mario was knowledgeable, friendly and made the process stress-free. Both men displayed a level of professionalism that was a welcome change from another dealership we went to 2 days earlier (would not recommend those people to our worse enemies). Jerry was very helpful during the sales process and after sale process but I can't say the same with Jocelyn, the Finance Manager. When we came in to sign our papers, nothing was explained to us, it takes he sale process but I can't say the same with Jocelyn, the Finance Manager. When we came in to sign our papers, nothing was explained to us, it takes her days to respond to emails/phone inquiries, Our deposit refund wasn't processed until 2 weeks after and she didn't even inform us that we needed to inform our current auto loan holder of the trade in so we ended up being charged for the vehicle that was traded in plus the vehicle that we just got. Regarding the service dept, The vehicle was not clean when we picked it up. We were promised a good detailing and a full tank of gas which we did not get. We were also missing some items for the built in dvd and up to now we still do not have it (it's been 3 weeks). Overall, we are happy with the service given by Jerry but very very disappointed with Jocelyn and the service dept. I don't think we will be referring anyone to this dealership anytime soon. More

I have used the dealership in the past to service a previous vehicle and was invited by Todd Mechalchuk to come in and see what my vehicle would be worth on a trade in. The minute I sat down with previous vehicle and was invited by Todd Mechalchuk to come in and see what my vehicle would be worth on a trade in. The minute I sat down with ToddI felt like I was not being sold something he wanted to sell (or that I was going to help him meet a year end goal) but he was looking to offer me solutions that fit my personal needs. He asked me poignant questions about my wants and then we discussed several options. After deciding on a vehicle that I had the greatest interest in he offered me a test drive. But it wasn't that simple...he had to get three cars moved from the showroom to pull my vehicle out. When the drive was said and done once again Todd drilled down so that we could come to financial terms that worked for me. I walked out withe a 2014 FIAT 500L Why would I recommend this dealership...because it was a personal experience for me...about MY needs and MY wants and not about the brand or the sales persons year end goals. Through the process I also learned about Todd as a person, his sales history and of the man, the husband and father.
