My experience was beyond pleasant. I had a budget i needed to work with and Kayam was able to work with me to find what i was looking for. There was no pushy sales and the price was actually better tha needed to work with and Kayam was able to work with me to find what i was looking for. There was no pushy sales and the price was actually better than the Kelly Blue Book. The sales team and Financial department pushed hard to get me the best interest rate possible. I was expecting around 10 % like the last vehicle that I had bought from another dealership 3 years ago I received 4 % less. Kudos to Crosstown and I will definitely recommend Kayam and this dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a used vehicle. Keep up the great service. More

I came into this dealership searching for answers as to why the parking brake for my Jeep wasn't working. The Service Manager - Doug Purdy assured me that the work to diagnose the problem would not take an why the parking brake for my Jeep wasn't working. The Service Manager - Doug Purdy assured me that the work to diagnose the problem would not take any longer than 1 hour as I was skeptical that they would even be able to diagnose it at all because all the components of the brake are brand new. The vehicle was serviced for 2 and a half hours to try and find the problem. The mechanic took off the wheel as well as the brake components to find that there was no problem with these components, he then reassembled the parts and tested the vehicle to find that the problem was not solved. After speaking with the Shop Manager - Brian Neggers, who agreed that the problem was not solved, he came to the conclusion that I should not have to pay for the time that the mechanic used. Brian then went away and came back to say that it would be fair for me to pay an hour of the work and then the shop will take care of the rest. This already was not what I should have paid as no conclusions had come from the two hours of work the mechanic had done (no answers or problems solved), but I agreed to pay for the hour. When Brian and I went to the Service Advisor in order to pay for the one hour that we agreed upon, the Service Manager - Doug Purdy showed up. Doug quickly became threatening and unreasonable. He did not care that the vehicle was returned to me the same way as I had brought it in and that the dealership did not provide me with any answers of why it was not able to be fixed. Doug threatened to not release my vehicle unless I had paid the entire labor costs, he also threatened to put a lien on my vehicle. Doug obviously has no technical background as well as VERY POOR customer service skills. I left this dealership feeling very threatened and robbed of $300. I do not understand how a man with such an attitude towards customers is able to hold any sort of customer service position. With Doug Purdy's attitude and sole interest in cash rather than customer satisfaction, this dealership will continue to lose customers. I will be taking this to a higher authority and will be getting my money back. More

First of all if I had not prepaid all my oil changes I would not come to Crosstown to get them done. I would go to Mr.Lube or do it myself. At the time of vehicle purchase I thought it would be a good ide would not come to Crosstown to get them done. I would go to Mr.Lube or do it myself. At the time of vehicle purchase I thought it would be a good idea to prepay and not have to worry about regular scheduled maintenance for a few years. I feel I was mislead because it only covers basic oil change, not air filters etc.... I did not buy the package to always be presented with an up sell in synthetic oil etc The first two oil changes I had at Crosstown where fine. The guy that seems to be the manager in the quick lube area is very nice and I have no issue with him. This last time I waited outside for about a half an hour, i was not even sure if they knew I was there or not. Other people that where waiting with me ended up just leaving. I feel that if a waiting customer was acknowledged the waiting would not be such an issue. The last time I was in for an oil change they checked my lights tire pressure etc... This time nothing, I know my right rear tire is at about 25lbs of air but no one mentioned a thing. No one checked to see if all my lights worked etc even though they checked it all on the list I received with my service order, unless they did all this when I was taken to another part of the building to pay for my air filter. Mr.Lube you pay while still in your vehicle (easy). Contrary to other reviews I have read on this site I do not feel the same, my buying experience with Crosstown has left me feeling resentful that I ever really have to deal with them again, and the lackluster service I received today does nothing to change my feelings towards them. I went to Crosstown based on a referral from a family member. I also saw the same sales associate, Jarry Joseph. My whole expieance at crosstown was amazing. My children had a great time in the play place as well as munchin on dounuts they were given by the reception staff. the whole place felt like a home with a warm family within and we were made to feel like part of that family. I talk and tell everyone what outstanding service i recieved and what a fantastice deal I got with crosstown, and that I have become a forever cutomer of crosstown. We are returning customers to Crosstown, this being our third jeep purchase in the last year and a half. We bought our first and this our third. Derrek Dodge treated us very good and although we considered going there for this purchase, we thought we would give Crosstown a visit as location wise is much closer for us. We were not expecting like the first time we walked in, that we would be making a purchase that quickly.
