Would not recommend for purchasing a vehicle...seemed like once I signed the paperwork they were done with me. Vehicle was missing stuff and finally got it over 2 months later. Our recent trip to your dealership was an excellent experience! We were immediately greeted in the parking lot with a gentleman and a "welcome to Crosstown" and then directed to where we would find Moo experience! We were immediately greeted in the parking lot with a gentleman and a "welcome to Crosstown" and then directed to where we would find Moose whom we had agreed to meet. We enjoyed a friendly conversation about needs for a new vehicle, with regards to my tall husband fitting comfortably, as he would be the principal driver. (I will be back to get my own very soon!) We sat in a few in the showroom and then test drove a Jeep and a Journey, deciding on the Journey, with what we call all the "bells and whistles". After the price negotiations and picking of the color, we were graciously invited to attend the Saturday Barbeque while the paperwork/financing was being completed. (Good timing as it was lunch time and they were delicious! - thank you!) We were later greeted by Jeremy who walked us to his office to finish the paperwork! Our brother had been in a few months previous to buy a vehicle and we were charmed by Jeremy and his reference to it all being "deja vu" for him as he had completed their paperwork also, buying the same vehicle with same payment terms. Moose arranged for a plate and a quick exterior wash of our new vehicle while we chose a brand new 32" TV as a generous gift and then we were on our way! As I said, I will be back to Crosstown for another new vehicle and would recommend this prestigious dealership to anyone who wants a friendly, no-pressure experience like we enjoyed.
