Wonderful buying experience! Went into the dealership for an oil change on my 2011 Ram and left signing the papers to a new 2014 Ram! I wasn't even thinking of trading in my prese Went into the dealership for an oil change on my 2011 Ram and left signing the papers to a new 2014 Ram! I wasn't even thinking of trading in my present vehicle but Husny came up to me while i was waiting and was asking about my present vehicle, interest rate, payments etc. I went into his office and we were talking and he was certain he could get me out of my present interest rate and into a brand new truck for less interest and the same or less money. He worked very hard along with the finance people upstairs to get me a rather good deal on a 14 that i simply couldn't pass up. after waiting at the dealership all morning, i left satisfied with the deal and got more bang for my buck so to speak. The entire team at Crosstown made the whole buying experience easy and were very thorough in making sure i knew what i was getting.
