From friends recommendations I called up Crosstown and a couple other dealerships in the Southern Alberta region. There was no need to call those other dealerships; Moose found me what I wanted, a Longhorn Ram 3500, for the price of a 2500, and a fair trade in on my car and truck. Lyle and Moose were there for any questions, whenever needed, working hours or not. They even delivered the truck up to Fort McMurray and took my two vehicles down. We'll done Guys. Crosstown from now on. More

We had gone to Crosstown to look at sport utilities but after test driving one, Husny had been listening to what my wife and I were saying and got a 1500 with the 3.6L V6 and 8 speed automatic for us to drive. What a truck. We can now afford to drive this as a daily driver and still have the comfort and security of being in a full size truck. When more people realize the capabilities and the economy of this powertrain......lookout. Husny made sure we got the best deal we could and if anybody needs a vehicle, then talk with Husny. More

Trade In For A Dream Car Al was recommended to me through others. I had a specific car in mind and had one on hold at another dealership. That dealership had me dreading to Al was recommended to me through others. I had a specific car in mind and had one on hold at another dealership. That dealership had me dreading to go back to them as they had sold me my very first car and it was a terrible experience. (Yes I was going to go back!!??) I had been informed Al at Crosstown was awesome and there was the same car with more options available. I took the leap and called Al. He dealt with me over the phone and was incredibly professional and super pleasant. I put in a deposit right away so that when I was able to make the trip to Edmonton in a few days the car was there just as we had discussed. Having never seen or been to Crosstown before, arriving there was amazing. Al was right there when I pulled in with the car ready to rock for her first test drive! From then on every moment was fantastic. It almost seemed too perfect because of my past experience. I never looked back at the other dealership who treated me like I wasn't serious or important. Brittany was patient with all financial inquiries and is very pleasant and professional to work with. Both Al and Brittany gave me confidence that going to a dealership is to be an amazing experience to find the vehicle you want, not a mortifying one. More

if u dont have the staff, don't book so much work!!!!!!! I had the pleasure of taking my vehicle in for some warranty work, not much of a pleasure made an appt, was told it would take1-1/2 hrs, 2 hrs later I I had the pleasure of taking my vehicle in for some warranty work, not much of a pleasure made an appt, was told it would take1-1/2 hrs, 2 hrs later I'm told they haven't even started on it yet and it's going to be all day :-O... To change a seat cover???? Brian I believe he is ur service manager, stands around doing nothing while Annie runs her xxx off trying to help ppl. Mr. Purdy could'nt care less about ur customers and tells me, "just b\c u book an appt for that time, doesn't mean that's the time it's going to go in?" THEN Y BOOK AN APPT ?????? I honestly can't wait for the warranty to be off this piece of xxxx so I can take it to a real mechanic, one that will tell u if he doesn't have time and when he will have time. I will definitely not buy another vehicle from this place... as I told Mr. Purdy b/f I left.... "thanx for absolutely nothing" except charging me $50,000 for a vehicle worth about $20,000 More
