New Ram Truck As Advertised. After having a bad experience at a previous Dodge dealer about an advertise truck on the internet, Crosstown called me. I informed them of the issue I After having a bad experience at a previous Dodge dealer about an advertise truck on the internet, Crosstown called me. I informed them of the issue I had with the other dealer and that not only did they not have the said truck on the lot that Chrysler had advertised on the internet for $27,498.00 but they informed me it was a single cab plain Jane with no options what so ever. I felt this was border line false advertising as it had shown a Laramie quad cab 4x4. I did see that in small print it explained that it was the Laramie shown and not the actual truck that was on sale [Not Cool!] which is my first xxxxx, second being it was vague on exactly what was being offered. Well Candace Feduik [person who called from Crosstown] explained they in fact had one and it wasn't plain Jane. She had Husny Ismael take some pictures and emailed them to me. After seeing the pictures and the list of options I said I'd come look at the truck. Husny was very polite and patient with me and showed me the truck while listening to me complain about the previous dealer [very patient man]. He answered all my questions and let me take the truck back to my house in ST.Albert for my wife to look at as she wasn't feeling well. Need less to say we bought the truck. Husny gave us a great deal on both our trade in and on the extra's we wanted on this truck. After the great experience we had dealing with Husny [and the rest of the team there] my wife and I are considering another purchase from him, possible a four door Fiat for my wife. In the first 5 min. of intro and disclosure of our being there for, we knew that we were at the right place with the right sale rep. proceeding to show us "only" what we were after. Once the decision was reach and test drive done, then came time for financing with Marko Kamal, again feel good experience was at the rendez vous as well. Both Hanna and Marko were direct to the point to our expectation along with positive association's attached to the boredom of buying a car.
