worst place ever! where to start... the buying process went we'll but a week after buying my brand new 2012 fiat things went bad to worse. I was promised a command starter to be included in the deal to later find out that not only was I charged for it but my car is not even comparable! which if I knew earlier would have been a deal beaker. most recently my car has been in and out of the shop for 3 months for a part to be replaced which was under warranty, after the job is done they told me it wasn't covered and now I owe them a ton of money! they refuse to give me back my car.....learn from my mistakes do not give these people your money! go to another dealership....anywhere More

I wouldn't entrust my van with any other shop Since the day we bought our van from Crosstown we have never had any other shop look after it other than Crosstown. Each and every service appointment Since the day we bought our van from Crosstown we have never had any other shop look after it other than Crosstown. Each and every service appointment with them has always been a great (take note "GREAT") experience! Our family has already decided that even though we know there is a premium whenever you service your vehicle with a dealer, that is a price we are willing to pay because we would rather have a tip-top vehicle each and every time we use the van rather than risk the safety of my passengers (specifically my family) when go on road trips or just bring the kids to school. Three years after we bought the van from Crosstown, no major issues. Each appointment Crosstown completes it with excellent service, from the moment I drive into the lot till I retrieve my vehicle I have no complaint... just compliments. Today's service with Mike Ryan was exceptional. Clear communication, direct to the point, excellent suggestions and customer-oriented. The last one was very evident today when he had to postpone a colleagues request for information because he was not finished talking to me about my own requests. Good job, Mike!!
