HI Deb, I am sorry I am away on the weekends and I about to head home for the evening. I spoke with Both Dwayne and Brittany today. I didn't realize Brittany had already left you a message regarding your cheque. Dwayne has advised me that he has made attempts to collect the second key from the previous owner, but the customer has not returned to key to him. He should have called to keep you updated and I apologize for that. Since your vehicle is a ford, I would have to have a second key cut at a ford store. If you would like to get a second key cut and provide me with the receipt, I will be happy to refund you. will this work for you? Brittany has some answers regarding the funding issue and your cheque for the difference in the trade. She will contact you at the numbers we have on file over the weekend or you can stop by and see her? I apologize for this inconvenience. Sincerely shellian
