We had to wait a little while as the truck was on the 'back' lot. It was worth the wait. We loved taking the truck out on our own; the ride was very smooth. When we returned, Trevor gave us a quote with the rebates then redid the quote with GOA pricing - an even better price. We were getting pretty interested in making a deal by this point so we talked about having to do a trade in if we were going to make the deal that day. Trevor then had a quote done for trade in value. It was a little lower than we expected but not out of the question. Before we left that day, we had a deal. The truck needed to be prepped. When we picked it up, Trevor went thru all the features inside and out - very thoroughly. Throughout the time we were there, Trevor was professional and respectful - the overall experience was very positive. Thanks Trevor! We would, and have, referred friends and family to deal with Trevor at Crosstown for a positive experience. A friend just purchased a Jeep Cherokee this weekend. New Truck On May 21st i walked into Crosstown and was greated by Moustafa Zarandah (Moose), After a short discussion i informed him i was looking for a 2014 Ram On May 21st i walked into Crosstown and was greated by Moustafa Zarandah (Moose), After a short discussion i informed him i was looking for a 2014 Ram 1500 but was very short on time that day, For the next 2 days we communicated back and forth about a truck and what i was looking for inside that unit, On May 23rd he showed me a truck and i test drove it but noticed it was missing the Air ride feature so when i informed him his response was "No Problem" He went back to finding me a truck and in no time he said he has the one i wanted right color, right extras everything, After sitting down with him we decided on a fair price and the deal was done From there Joy Gobeil did the financing part and again was handled friendly and professional, When that was all complete Mosse informed me the truck would be ready the next day so at 4:00 pm the following day i picked up my new truck, I would have no problem referring Moose,Crosstown or Joy to anyone for a new or used vehicle More
