Easy and understandable. I'd would have to say I was treated very well by the pre-owned staff. Jerry and TJ were big helps and were friendly to deal with. We're willing to answer questions and even helped me with competitor prices that I brought up. When dealing with the service side to get everything done that we agreed they forgot to switch over the tires, no buffing was done. and they only installed just command start no alarm system which was agreed upon. Went back to the dealership serveral times during this sales process. Twice they were not ready for me. Took them 3 weeks to change the tires. Buff the car. Do and oil change and change out the window. The customer service side of everything was great. They treated me very well. Free rentals with no hassels. Answered my every question. More

Great deal, great service, great experience! I was in the market, looking towards buying a new dodge truck. Crosstown was my first stop and only stop. Everything went very smooth, they made sure I was satisfied with everything. We bought our 2010 Ram 1500 four years ago, and then this week we traded it in for a 2014 Ram 1500. Husny was very professional and not too pushy like some salesman. He was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. Jeremy in finance was also very personable and he made feel right at home as we had to wait to locate a vehicle. Overall a great experience and I will recommend to family and friends. More

Great service Randy was great to deal with. I am in a wheelchair and don't drive but I own the vehicle. Unlike most people who keep talking to the driver even when Randy was great to deal with.
