Trade In For A Dream Car Al was recommended to me through others. I had a specific car in mind and had one on hold at another dealership. I had been informed Al at Crosstown was awesome and there was the same car with more options available. I took the leap and called Al. He dealt with me over the phone and was incredibly professional and super pleasant. I put in a deposit right away so that when I was able to make the trip to Edmonton in a few days the car was there just as we had discussed. Having never seen or been to Crosstown before, arriving there was amazing. Al was right there when I pulled in with the car ready to rock for her first test drive! From then on every moment was fantastic. It almost seemed too perfect because of my past experience. I never looked back at the other dealership who treated me like I wasn't serious or important. Brittany was patient with all financial inquiries and is very pleasant and professional to work with. Both Al and Brittany gave me confidence that going to a dealership is to be an amazing experience to find the vehicle you want, not a mortifying one. More

Mr. Purdy could'nt care less about ur customers and tells me, "just b\c u book an appt for that time, doesn't mean that's the time it's going to go in?" THEN Y BOOK AN APPT ?????? I honestly can't wait for the warranty to be off this piece of xxxx so I can take it to a real mechanic, one that will tell u if he doesn't have time and when he will have time. I will definitely not buy another vehicle from this place... as I told Mr. Purdy b/f I left.... "thanx for absolutely nothing" except charging me $50,000 for a vehicle worth about $20,000 More

Our First Brand New Car Me and my husband fell in love with the Jeep Cherokee Limited 2014 since we first saw it. I told a friend who happened to buy a Ram pick up truck from Crosstown so he reffered us to Carlo. Unfortunately, he was not there but Mark saved the day. He took us to a test drive and explained very well the features of the car. Our credit history was not that great plus we are both new in Canada so we were nervous that we may not get approved. After 2 days, we got the good news from Mark. With the help of himself, Carlo and Lyle, we got an approval from Scotia Bank. I don't how they did it but we are very grateful with these 3 people who did their very best to help us. That was it! It felt like we were dreaming and we were not able to sleep that night. It was a dream come true! We badly needed a new car cause our old 2nd car is not in good condition anymore and we are expecting our first baby in November so we need a reliable car. Husny approached us and started to talk about the 2014 Ram 1500 sport. We told him that we currently have a 2013 and love it. He asked if we had any other vehicles and I replied I own a 2013 Escape that I am not currently IN LOVE with. He tried suggesting to get me out of the Escape and I know my credit and the amount that I owe and decided to opt out of the deal. My boyfriend how ever was highly interested in the 2014 8 speed and Husny asked what he could do to get one of us into the newer truck. We gave him a list of requirements like, within a certain amount of our regular payments and a few other gadgets and gismos. He made it happen and by the next day, we had a new truck. All we came in for was an oil change and now, we don't have to buy new tires this year for our trip, we don't have a dent in the rear bumper (plus the 2014 came with the sensors - THANK GOD), our bi-weekly payments are roughly the same, we have 15 kilometers and not 51,000, no more pitted windshield, under the rear seats is a flat surface for our doggy, a longer box and a new friend that we know we will see again soon. Husny - I will be in there sometime soon to trade in That Escape of mine :D.
