Everywhere else I went to the salesmen were pushy, tried pressuring me into cars over my price range, and wanted to sell me cars that I didn't want. Jerry and Colin were absolutely the best, I felt comfortable, wasn't pressured into any cars over my price range or into a car I didn't want. These two guys made sure I got the best deal on my new car and trade in. I can honestly say out of all the other dealerships in the Edmonton area I went to (there were a lot!) this was the best one by far! More

Just quite disappointed to find out with some friends who told me that my car price was over compare to where they got their car/s.. I just shrugged my shoulder about it 'though sometimes it gives me some doubt on my mind - i know there's big competition everywhere and what matters to me is I was able to get my dream car as of this time....hope that the services promised as per scheduled will be followed and done to my satisfaction. More

Jennifer Mileham YOU ROCK This was the 2nd time I have gone to Crosstown to buy a vehicle and this was time was by far the easiest and most fun experience I have ever had. Than This was the 2nd time I have gone to Crosstown to buy a vehicle and this was time was by far the easiest and most fun experience I have ever had. Thanks to Mrs. Jennifer Mileham. From the moment I walked into the door she was friendly and helpful. Jen never push to sell me a vehicle, she asked questions about what I would like to drive, what could I see myself leaving the dealership in. After her listening to me for about an half hour ramble on about what I wanted, we went outside so I could see what kind truck I would like, once that task was down , she took the time to pick out all the accessories with me and this include online shopping and going to the parts guys, getting them to bring up the newest stuff on the market. At the 3 hour mark I decided that I should tell her I was going to buy a truck from her right then and there, she was very quick to get the paperwork and hand it to Jeremy. After I was approved Jen still continued to be amazing, she order all my parts, made the appointment for all the work to be done to my new truck, checks in to make sure I am happy with the vehicle and service that I have gotten. I could not have asked for a more professional person to deal with, Jennifer thank you so much for the awesome 2014 Jack up RAM and by far the best Experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. More
