There was virtually no wait time in order to get in and get my truck looked after… The crew looking after my vehicle included Cassandra, as the customer service rep., along with Phil, Cody and Dennis doing the under carriage work. They were very knowledgeable and friendly… They listened carefully to my instructions (brief as they were) asked my for my opinion respecting any potential issues I may have with my vehicle… I appreciated the fact that they did not treat me like I was just part of the assembly line… but as a person, and in a very friendly manner. While they worked on my car, I went into the showroom and came across the new vehicle salesperson who had sold me this truck, along with a previous truck I had purchased from this dealer. His name is Shuke, and he is not only an easy to talk to individual, but he and I have struck up a friendship resulting from my purchase of 2 vehicles from this dealership… Shuke is that guy who will listen first, then offer a range of suggestions… He is a very personable and easy going individual who always has a smile on his face and something nice to say… Shuke makes me feel like the Crosstown Dealer is my dealer… and it is certainly my dealership of choice because of people in new car sales like him, and people in the service department like Cassandra (bright and cheery) Phil ( very committed Dodge guy) Cody, a youngster who appears interested in making the automotive trade his lifetime goal and what can I say about Dennis… he was under my dripping wet truck, so I didnt see him… but, I was in and out before I knew any time has passed at all… More
