Unprofessional service adviser My car was booked on line on December 01 for service for December 8, 2014. I have indicated at of time of service request that my car need lover air d My car was booked on line on December 01 for service for December 8, 2014. I have indicated at of time of service request that my car need lover air dam part and I have provided that part number asking to confirm that they can do this repair. No one got back to me. On the day of appointment it was chaos. Service adviser Annie Tan-Sivius asked me to fill service form and told me that later on she will call me with the estimate. When she called she told me that almost all mayor part are to be replaced, when I confronted her on that and told her that in summer car was serviced and over $ 3000.00 in repairs where done, so I do not think that this is true she just told me she will call me back. I told her that I need to know how much I will pay for repairs, before they are done. She told me I will get it in email, however I never got it. To make story short, I came for $30 part (lower air dam for 2005 Dodge SX, broken power cables for day time driving lights and power steering belt. Now I am asked to pay over $2200 for service I never authorised, my car did not get lower air dam (discontinued part), no light where fixed and my car is a hostage. I was very happy with the service when I got service first time, this is second time and whole situation is disastrous and I fill scammed. More
