He really took the time to explain everything to us and even called me back on his day off to answer questions we had I couldn't have asked for better customer service! Robbie was great we didn't see a whole lot of him but he really made sure we got the best deal possible. We have purchased 4 vehicles now at Cross Town and we will never go anywhere else. Didn't do anything!! Had the old manager call in because of the frustration I've had getting my truck fixed. Was promised that I would b taken care of. Dropped my truck off many times and nothing was done to it. Brand new truck with 20,000k on it and no one had any interest in helping me get it fixed. I am a very calm and polite person to deal with. Left there so angry I traded my brand new long horn off on a new chevy. Been a dodge guy my whole life and never had these problems. Now it seems no matter where I go they just don't care to help. Russell couldn't seem to care one bit about my problem. $70,000.00 truck and it falls apart after 20,000k and no one seems to care! More
