The managers were also very friendly and came in often to let me know what was going on and keep me in the loop. I was very impressed by hunsy. Also Mario did my finiacing and he made it go so smooth and really bent over backwards to make it easy for my grandfather. I will never go to another car lot ever again crosstown is my place. Fast efficient and super cool! I was t-boned before Christmas and was in a rental until Jan 2 when I was given 5 days to shop for a new vehicle. Not impressed overall I bought a new car a few months ago and have not been impressed with crosstown autos service center. I had remote start installed and it was $600 for I bought a new car a few months ago and have not been impressed with crosstown autos service center. I had remote start installed and it was $600 for what seems to not be that great. The heated seats are in now getting looked at because they stopped working. My boyfriend and I were not impressed at the heating capabilities of the car and had it in to get checked. The service guy told me to turn the Heat up and it would be hotter. Oh thanks! Not. It just seems to take longer than it should and each time to go in things seems to be unorganized and more of a hassle than I expect. Not a hassle free experience in my opinion. More
