Fiat 2012 out of service for a week I brought my Fiat 500 2012 in for service for an burnt out brake light and an oil change. Ambyr (who is terrific and an asset to the company) Suggeste I brought my Fiat 500 2012 in for service for an burnt out brake light and an oil change. Ambyr (who is terrific and an asset to the company) Suggested the 24000KM maintenance check for 700.00 + which I accepted. This was fine but the dealership didn't have the parts. I waited a week to get a relatively new and well maintained car back in my possession. Talking with the service manager was useless and he sounded like he couldn't care less. Just a suggestion Dealers! Stock parts for the products you sell. With the exception of Ambyr (the service attendant) it was a terrible experience. More

Coming in to see Jerry was like a visit with an old friend he commented how my son had grown and asked how my mom is.During our catching up I told him I wanted something smaller but stronger . he found the perfect suv for me. He drove around the front of the dealer ship in the prettiest cherry red jeep I have ever seen. I was so excited and my son loved it to :) I was also very excited to see another old friend. I got a call from Mazin asking if we wanted to trade it in. Went in to find out more and ended up driving away with fully loaded 2014 Dodge Journey R\T for not much more than I was paying originally. The R/T is a much nicer vehicle than the one we had previously and Mazin also threw in a bunch of extras as well. All in all it was a great experience with lots of laughs and fun with my family while we were waiting. I would definitely recommend crosstown to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle they have a great selection and even better service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. More
