Lied to me then never returned my calls I went in and and traded off my vehicle which was fine. Then TJ and Shaun told me that I would be getting cash back and another payment, which I was v I went in and and traded off my vehicle which was fine. Then TJ and Shaun told me that I would be getting cash back and another payment, which I was very happy with. I needed to go home and Shaun emailed me some forms to sign so I can get one of my payments. This was still fine I got the forms and signed them and sent them back. I then waited a few weeks and didn't hear anything so I called them and was never able to get ahold of them. I left numerous messages and the calls were not returned. When I finally reached them they told me they would get back to me and they didn't so I called some more and finally talked to them. I was told this was not worked into my deal eventhough TJ remembers telling me that I would be getting cash back. So they said they would call me back and they would figure it out. I haven't heard back from them. It wouldn't bother me if they wouldn't have told me I would be getting cash back but to tell me one thing and then take it back well that's just wrong. I understand you guys are probably very busy but never returning my calls, seriously that's xx More
